Abstract

Latar Belakang: Soft skill perawat merupakan aspek penting dalam pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan yang aman, efektif, responsif, dan berorientasi pada pasien. Namun, kemampuan soft skill perawat masih belum optimal pada beberapa aspek sehingga dapat memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi soft skill perawat berdasarkan lima dimensi kompetensi SKKNI, yaitu task skill, task management skill, contingency management skill, job/role environment skill, dan transfer skill dalam pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan di Siloam Hospitals Bali. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif evaluatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mei–Juli 2025 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 perawat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi kompetensi berbasis lima dimensi kompetensi SKKNI dengan skala Likert 1–5. Instrumen dinyatakan valid (p < 0,05) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s alpha = 0,800). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berada pada kategori cukup pada dimensi task skill (42,2%), contingency management skill (75,6%), dan transfer skill (40,0%). Sementara itu, dimensi task management skill (51,1%) dan job/role environment skill (71,1%) berada pada kategori baik. Kesimpulan: Soft skill perawat masih memerlukan penguatan terutama pada dimensi contingency management skill dan transfer skill melalui pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan.
